Ahhh....based on the photo caption it's now clear. The City of Carmel is worried about those pesky r/c submarines creating more holes in the pool!

Free Kid's Raffle

Don't forget - every Saturday we have a FREE raffle for the little sub commanders in your family (thanks to the sub toys donated by Jeff Porteus!) In the last two years we have had this event - no kid has left without a gift. Some even got two!
