      Mike Dory brings his diesel

Mike Dory brings his diesel pusher every year and tows his pickup behind. Several other guys RV it too. I will contact Chris Campbell and ask him to fill us in on the locations.

        Carmel campground

There are no campgrounds in the city of Carmel. As Tim has noted, Mike Dory comes here in his camper and stays at the closest campground which is in Noblesville. It is at least 20 minutes from the pond. If you contact Mike, he would have more information. There are some cheaper hotels that are not too far away. The Red Roof Inn is about the same distance away if anyone is wanting to save some money. For about the same price as a single at Red Roof Inn, you could share a room with someone at the host hotel, The Hilton Garden Inn.
This year will be really great!

          As a partime RVer myself,

As a partime RVer myself, I know sometimes that's just part of the fun of the trip. Here is the info on the campground Chris mentioned.

          RIVER BEND CAMPGROUND
          21695 STATE ROAD 37 N
          NOBLESVILLE, IN 46060 (317) 773-3333

If you go to www.Woodalls.com there are other campgrounds listed within 25 mi of Carmel.
