SubRegatta announcements - Do you hear what I hear?

Sometimes at the SubRegatta, we get so involved in conversations and sub running, we miss important PA announcements. Here is a little side project I have been working on to give Bill "Mr. Pipes" Salati - a way to let folks know that something important is coming up on the 1 MC.

I just hope we don't have any late sleepers in the nearby townhomes...
