    (Since this is

    [color=#000000]TENTATIVE SUBREGATTA SCHEDULE
    (Since this is our first time at this location and figuring the vagaries of weather and general gremlin issues, we all need to stay flexible on times and locations.)

    Friday 7]
    "Live shots" at the pond with the local TV station for their "happy Talk" morning news show. Members are welcome to come (and bring your subs ready to run) to any or all of these shoots. Get the hobby on TV and attract more spectators for the SubRegatta, more spectators, more sub nuts, more sub nuts, more SubCommittee members, more members, more vendors with Sub related stuff, etc, etc...

    Friday 6 PM - 9PM
    Meet and Greet (pizza, sodas, deli trays, etc!) sponsored by Ships N Things and Mike's SubWorks at the Firehall (down the street from the pond.) Feel free to bring your subs for a shakedown cruise!

    Saturday 8 AM - 4 PM
    Doughnuts and coffee at the pond (free-will donation) All day fun run, buy stuff from vendors, talk to buddies, make new friends, shoot photos of new sub models you'd like to build, etc. Raffle drawing starts 3 PM. (note - if there are a lot of folks signed up for judging for engineering, photo contest, and navigation course we may run these on both days just to get everyone done.) The Indy Admirals will be selling 'dogs etc for lunch. There are a number of restaurants a short way from the pond as well.

    Saturday 7 PM - 9 PM
    SubSeminar at the Carmel City Council Chambers (about 5 blocks from the pond. Parking is available)

    Seminar Features]Saturday 9 PM after the seminar until ?

    Night run at the pond. Bring your own flashlights, chem lights to tape onto your subs, etc.

    Sunday 8 AM SubRegatta re-opens
    Doughnuts and coffee (please contribute). Visit vendors and buy that kit you looked at ten times yesterday, fun run and competitions continue and then judging. The Indy Admirals will be selling 'dogs etc for lunch. There are a number of restaurants a short way from the pond as well.

    3 PM starts awards presentations and then raffle drawing after that. Generally everything is over by 4 but you are welcome to stay and run subs!

    Remember - this schedule is flexible and tentative but will hopefully give you some idea of how things go.
