I contacted Chris and he suggested the following:
He thinks someone stayed in Noblesville Indiana one time with an RV. The Walmart usually has them parked in their lot overnight which I've seen, also.

If anyone has other ideas, please let our Canadians know.

          Captain Choice Awards:

We will again have the Captain Choice Awards. Each registered Submariner Captain will be given a ballot to vote for the R/C Submarine of their choice. One Vote per Submariner Captain.

At registration, each Submariner Captain will also be given Captain Choice Entry forms. Each Captain may enter as many Submarines as desired, but must have an Entry form with the Sub so other captains will know what number to place on the Captain choice Ballot. The ONLY R/C Submarine NOT eligible for this award, as per tradition, is last year’s 2015 First Place Winner, Steve Walker’s Type XXVI.

The Captain Choice winners will be announced Saturday.

I've pre-ordered my 2016 shirt. Will it be sent or be available at the show?
            Thanks

Below is the itinerary for the 2016 Carmel Fun Run. Please note that you need to visit the registration table when you arrive Saturday morning, whether you have pre-registered or not. This is so you get your Registration Badge, torpedo plaques, Shirts (if you ordered any), and Captain's Choice ballot.

This is a general reminder that the Carmel Fun Run is next weekend!

Please remember to bring any model submarine items that you no longer need and donate them to the raffle. It will be much appreciated.

                  Thanks,
                  Don

I just wanted to point out that don't limit the donations to sub related items. (But you knew that)
Any hobby related item is greatfuly accepted for the raffle table.
One of the coolest things a won last year was a tote bag for tools, batteries, and RC systems.
                    That is all! BD

In line with Big Dave's thoughts I will be donating 2 hulls to the raffle as well. A lobster boat hull and a tug hull. There is the outside possibility of a freighter hull as well depending on time. Will have pictures to post tomorrow.

Can we run surface boats on 72/75mh or are we limited to just 75? I was going to bring some PT boats for fun and one was outfitted with a 72mh radio set up years ago and I wasn't going to tear it out unless I needed to. Just wondering...

                          Dave,
All surface craft models must be opererated on 75MHz, 27MHz or the 2.4GHz spread specturm frequencies. Unless you have a current Amateur Radio license, then you can operate on the legal 6 meter band frequencies. 72MHz is aircraft only.
AT this fun run, we will be enforcing these rules.

                            Just a quick question,

I just registered, sorry to do it so late. Will there be shirts available at the show> Would love a 4x or 2 if possible?

lastly, where is the meet and greet? at the Chipotle again?

Thanks, cant wait to see everyone!

Yes there will be a limited number of shirts available at the show. Once we have all the shirts passed out to those that pre-paid we will have the extras for sale at the registration table. If memory serves me we don't have any 4X but I think there might be a spare 5X and a spare 3X also.

There isn't an official meet and greet anymore, just an informal gathering at pond side Friday evening
