2016 CARMEL SUB FUN RUN INFO August 6 – 7, 2016

REGISTRATION:
Cost Per Submariner participant is $15. This fee includes ID Badge, model running privileges, Torpedo Plaque, and under the tent table display space.

In the near future we will be setting up a link for Submariner pre-registration and the ability to order 2016 Fun Run T shirts.
Shirts are presently being designed.

If you would like your name or company name on your registration badge please indicate this when you pre-register. ALSO at that time, please indicate your frequency so we might take care of any conflicts.

NOTE: The scale boat event participants should be using 2.4 GHz. However all Submariners and scale boat participants will be required to use the Frequency control set up by Kevin McLeod and the Indy Admirals.

SWAP TABLE: We will again have a SWAP table for both Saturday and Sunday. YOU are responsible for selling your own gear. Mark it clearly with the price and your name so your potential buyer can track you down.

RAFFLE: The raffle will also be held on Saturday and Sunday. Please bring something hobby related for the raffle table. Proceeds from the raffle funds this event.

Wingtip, SubRon6 is still around. Even though we have lost a few members we are still here. I am still building subs along with a surface fleet. Tim is busy but still active and I believe will be at the Aug run. John

Ted Scrivens and I will be attending the event this year, coming in from Ottawa and Montreal. Any ideas on RV parks close to the event, or can my Class B Sprinter use parking facilities? Appreciate your help !
