    These are very interesting, especially

These are very interesting, especially the second one, which looks heavily inspired by the WWII German Delphin.

Any idea on when these were constructed?

        A russian SDV. Did it

A russian SDV. Did it operate off a host submarine like the US version?

          The profile does not state

The profile does not state it. But does list special forces purposes, among others.
I am certain they have thought of tying it to a boat.
They have a submarine already rigged for mini subs. I recall it to be project 940, maybe. But it uses different mini subs.
In the current state of the Russian navy, not too much is going on here, but will be soon.

            I would say the second

I would say the second is definatley designed as a SDV of sorts, just from the fact that the guy is wearing SCUBA gear

              Correct Wayne, Project 940 India.

Correct Wayne, Project 940 India. They had two India class vessels, yet both are out of service. Although these had two Priz/Bester boats on their back I'd guess the big wells are big enough to support the Tritons too.

The export catalogue of Rosoboron also states with every submarine they offer, whether it is able to carry Triton subs or not. Strangely none of them (I'll check again this weekend) seems to carry it, so the question is: why do they even mention it?
It would be my guess that they could have put these Tritons in the converted Delta III and IV submarines.
I'll put the section of the export catalogue in here this weekend.

                Triton 1 and Triton 2

Triton 1 and Triton 2 midget submarines are
designed to carry out special missions such as
covert transportation and planting of mines
and explosive devices, as well as covert delivery
and evacuation of combat swimmers and
                their equipment.
                Features
Both submarines are fitted with all necessary
navigation and electronic equipment, as well
as the stationary air-regeneration system. They
                can be transported to
the required area by any transportation
                means.
The submarines’ hulls are made of anticorrosive
                materials.
