Hi all. I posted this over on Steel Navy, but figured it worth while to post here. My Uncle Joe Krizanik was a MoMM 2nd when Albacore made her 11th and last patrol. I want to do her as she appeared on that patrol. I already have the pics from Navsource. And a Mr. Sean O'Brien, who's Dad was aboard for seven patrols has been kind enough to send me some personal pictures. I know she had a refit at Mare Island, and the Navy as a general rule, photographed the boats after such refits. Anyone know where I could find such pictures. I also have "Fleet Subs In Action", and "Fleet Submarines", and have the Gato/Balao plan eBook on order from Floating Drydock. Any help would be appreciated.
