I wish to publicly acknowledge the effort Brian Starkes has gone to in setting right a problem from over 7 years ago. Brian and his Nautilus and I ran into some difficult times when, as Brian said, he was dealing with some personal issues. After a period of disgruntled dissatisfaction, I wrote the whole thing off to experience (happens a lot in this hobby I have found out). Recently, I made a snide remark to Brian after seeing he reappeared in April. Well, doggone it if he not only emailed me, but called me (albeit at 6 AM Phoenix time - and I am not a morning person) and set about making the whole situation more than right. Makes me really regret that snide remark. Brian, I am impressed with the person you've become. You have my admiration and my gratitude. Quite a man.
