WANTED- Plans and Instructions 32nd Parallel VII-C

I recently got a 32nd Parallel Type VII-C U-boat that needs refurbishing. There are no drive motors or RC components in it. I am looking for a set of plans and instructions to put it back into operation. I will need to decide whether to keep it as built or upgrade it to a modern WTC system. Any advice is also welcome.
