RTR OTW Vanguard complete with radio, propel WTC, and all electonics. This boat was built and painted by D. Merriman. I added a "lipo guard",a dedicated BEC to power the radio, and will also include a spare set of machined scopes from OTW. There are a few minor scuffs on the paint, but nothing major.
