1/96th U212 W/ RCABS WTC- SOLD

Hate to do it, but I'm re-re-posting this kit for sale. Unstarted D&E miniatures 1/96 scale U212 fiberglass kit with all resin and white metal fittings included. Also includes an RCABS WTC built by and bought from Dave Welch. Cylinder is wired and complete with motor, servos, speed control, solenoid, bladder, air pump and SES-3 electronic switch. Add an X-tail mixer, transmitter, receiver, and batteries and you have all the major components for a completed boat. Asking $475.00 plus shipping or best offer. Payments accepted via Paypal or personal check. (Paypal buyers add 3% to total (including shipping) to cover paypal service charges)

How much is shipping to Los Angeles?
How big is the kit?
Is the WTC one that is easy to transfer to a model of similar size?
Do you take money orders?

The kit is 23" long, and has a beam of 2 7/8". More information regarding the kit itself can be found at http://www.caswellplating.com/models/212.html
I don't know of any reason why the cylinder couldn't be used in another similarly-sized boat. I will accept a money order or a personal check (but will wait for the personal check to clear prior to shipping). I will PM you tonight with a shipping quote after I get home from work and measure and weigh the boxes.

By all accounts the x-tail configuration makes this a very maneuverable boat.

My Neill 212 will turn in almost its own length under water. The handeling is amazing with the X-tails. BD.
