I have a finished OTW Type VII sub and it did not come with a vent hole template. The instructions I received from Bob suggested that one might have one made and he gives the size of each hole. However, I do have templates for his "S: class and at this time I have not investigated if the holes are the same, I assume that they are not, but will check and let you know.
I have an AutoCAD drawing that I created for correctly positioning the casing slots on the OTW Type VII hull. The spacing has been adjusted so as to fit between the vertical line of rivets molded into the hull. If you'd like a copy of that drawing, please let me know and I'll be glad to e-mail it to you.
