Beginner looking for sub

I would like to enter into the R/C world of Subs with my son. We realy like the Akula class and Los Angeles class subs, but are open to suggestions. I don't realy need anything bigger than 1/96, and would preffer a little smaller. Does anyone have any suggestions where I can find a good used one at a decent price??

Welcome ,let me look around my shop a see what I can come up with ,also check a few ads back and check with Steve Neill he had some for sale. He was also doing turnkey at one time. He is one of the best around.

Thank you for your quick response. I will check with him and thank you for looking. My son and I are real excited and can't wait to get started. We live in Florida, so there's plenty of water around and we have a pool.
