    1/32 Type IX RC U-boat $1200

    This is a Scale shipyard 1/32 scale type IX U-boat that was built and finished at some point in its life but is in need of a re-fit before she goes on her next patrol. This is a huge model at almost 8' long. The original build quality was good but it could use more detail. Most of the internals are still installed including Servos, speed control (looks home made but works good and has differential steering) two 12v pittman motors. The ballast tank system has been mostly dismantled. It does include many brand new parts: Futaba skysport 6 channel radio (on 75mhz). Subtech ABP pump, tee valve. BEC (battery eliminator for radio to run on 12v) Subtech SES-II dual function switch, Subtech RS-5 reversing switch. Very high quality stainless gas ballast reservoir with clippard 12v release solenoid.

    $1200 for everything.

    Located in Granite falls, WA near Seattle.
    Can ship at buyers expense.

      Oh I want. Oh I am broke. If I had the money I would buy her from you. I may try to sell some rtr nuke subs and I will get back with you. How do you feel about shipping her?

              oh, i should mention that i am always open to trades. mostly interested in WWII era subs (and tanks, boats, misc stuff etc..)

                  I got a Tamiya leopard a6 its about 3/4 finished. If you are interested and I will look around to see what else I have.

                      Sorry for the slow response. Is the Leopard the "full option" version? I'm intrigued but as I mentioned before I am mostly only into WWII and earlier era models. I do like the Pt boats too. Can you give some specs and a value for them.

                          The pt boats are proboats verson of midwests pt. They are rtr kits and between three an four foot long.The tank has everything in it except the battle system.Anything else you interested in ?in the rc area I have been into almost every field.
