**Update 4/26/09: I have decided to lower the asking price on the Skipjack to $1,000.00 Dollars (U.S.A.)!**
I have a D & E 1/96 scale Skipjack sub for sale. The Model is ready to run and includes the outer hull, the three inch WTC, all of the electronics, the radio and the rechargeable batteries! Yes, I have keep all of the paper work and the buyer will get that as well.
The Skipjack is about 31.5 inches long. I’ll be shipping the WTC separately to make sure the model gets to it’s new owner without damage.
You can see the excellent condition of the outer hull by reviewing these current pictures.
Because I’m including everything but the kitchen sink here, the price is $1,200.00 US dollars. That does not include shipping and handling.
Electronics included are:
- Subtech Subsafe (Missing Pulse Detection)
- Subtech Electronic Throttle ST-10
- Subtech Automatic Pitch Control (Auto Leveling)
- Subtech Battery Eliminator (run ALL the electronics off of the main battery)
- Polks Hobby Tracker II digital radio and recever
- Two NiCd 7.2V rechargeable battery packs
- One Polks Hobby 4.8V Nickel-Cadmium Battery pack that I have never used
