Small and simple builds, check out Small World Models. Most of the fab work is done, plus very high quality as well. Never bought from them, but I hear their customer service is first rate.

Also check out Mike's Subworks. Mike is a very responsive vendor and carries the SubTech line. All top-rate stuff.

Engel has a nice assortment, as does OTW. If you want a Russian boat look at ScaleShips.
