U-1008 (Converted Robbe U47) for sale

I need room to build another large sub so I'm selling my much loved and fully assembled U-1008 which is a converted ROBBE U-47 model. It includes:
* Aftermarket Type VIIC/41 conning tower & decks from Dream Arts of Germany,
* 36mhz synthesised receiver
* Engel 750ml piston ballast tank with failsafe (6volt),
* SubTech pitch controller,
* Subtech Depth controller (installed but not connected),
* Real rust weathering.

Asking for $2,250 plus postage (Aust only please as overseas freight for this baby would be rediculous....)

OK folks, here is why

OK folks, here is why I suggested only buyers in Australia. Packaging and freight to the UK for this baby is $1,375Aust. I can get it down to about $900 if I ship it put together as one 1700mm long hull (instead of in two pieces) and without the wide stand.

Also, I now have quotes for packing & shipping within Australia.
