This boat ran at one time with original equipment, long gone..... I have the boat and a brand new D&E WTC 3" for it, It will have to be installed and set up. The model has a brass prop , the rudder , dive planes are also on the sub. 320.00 for everything, including shipping. Will take a check from any up to date SubCommittee member. thanks, Jeff Jones
