I have a Marker Location submarine

Years ago i found something near the seaside looks like a torpido and
the label on it is this :
"U.S. NAVY NAVSEA
MARKER LOCATION SUBMARINE"
I attached a couple of pictures of it.Where can i have information
about this and does it have any value for collectors?
