Guys if this guy has taken your money and not sent you the goods then its a simple case of fraud. Give him a warning that if he doesn't send you your goods or give you your money back ASAP that you'll file a complaint with the police. Either way he's going to have to pay you back or give you your goods to avoid getting arrested.

I know its a bit of a drastic action to take but sometimes nice doesn't cut it and ya need to get a bit medievil on them.

I know this is not the place to post complaints, but I have not been able to contact Chuck (email-no reply & phone-disconnected). I sent my type VII (1 1/2 years ago) and alot of money and have not heard from him in months.

Chuck Is in For a Surprise I have a Lawyer Friend that's Going After Him Through the Local Sheriff. I Warned Him About Trying to Rip Me Off, Its not really About The Money But The Principal. From What I Have seen He Has Ripped A Lot Of Good People Off & Its Time he Learned A Old Lesson. It Will cost me The Money To have Him Served & Towing Of His car Up Front But He Cant Get His Car Back Till He Pays All costs .That's My Money & Cost Of Sheriff To Serve him & Towing Of His car It Will Take me 30 days After he pays The sheriff Dept To Get My Money back But I Don't Care About It Anyway I Will get All My Money Back Or His Car For Sure He has Asked for it i Will let Him Have It No Problem

Good for you enya60h! It's about time Chuck gets a bit of his own medicine. I do not give a rats a#% if he is sick. He screwed me over but at least I retrieved my boat, if not for a bit of wear. Nothing I can't fix. If you need help with funds on this let me know. This would be money well worth spent!

You have To file In

You have To file In small claims Court & See A Judge . He has the Choice To Give You A Judgment Against Him for Moneys Owed If He fails To Show Up You Automatically Will Get Judgment against Him. Then You Can pay The Sheriff Dept To Serve him & have His Or His Wife's Cars Towed. They Will Hold For 30 days if he Doesnt pay Up Then You Can take Possesion Of Them. It Gets There Attention Real Fast The Local Police has Option To File other Charges Against Him If Enough people file Complaints. I have mine Already Started The Court Will Find Him & he will be Served But I Look At It This way i get my Money Or His car Either Way I Will get My Funds Back. Money Well Spent

Well Charles has over three grand worth of my Nautilus and R/C gear, not to mention his fee, so if anyone knows where he is, or how to contact him I would really appreciate that information. I do realize he's not well, but to simply cut and run with customers' property is theft, pure and simple, regardless of his medical situation.

Guys -

Almost nothing gets people worked up over getting ripped off. However, none of us are lawyers, and as far as I know - nobody really knows exactly what is going on with Chuck's situation. Speculation serves no purpose other than getting folks worked up and starting a flame war - which will not be allowed on this board.
