This is brand-new WTC from D&E Miniatures. Never used or modified for model R/C Submarines with two propellers and need for greater buoyancy. This 3.5" diameter watertight cylinder will control most wet-hull submarines measuring between 60" and 80" in length. The WTC arrives will all ballast and propulsion elements installed (incl. 2 motors etc.)
