I wouldn't use their ballast

I wouldn't use their ballast system. Rip out the pressure hull, and use a WTC type system. I'd spend right around the $290 (bid it was when I looked at it), but it takes some work to get one of these looking good. I've seen a few though!!!

I agree with Sam. I took the guts out of my 32nd P XXIII and installed a D&E 3.0 WTC. Looks and runs great!

I bought the last deluxe

I bought the last deluxe package one that was on ebay with all the ballast tank hardware and the launchers. I paid a good bit more than that for mine and dont regret it at all.
