    For Sale - OTW Designs WTC & Trafalagar Kit

    I will sell my brand new, never used WTC & Trafalagar kit from OTW Designs.
    WTC comes with everything installed except your radio. Have done very little to sub. Sub is 47" long. I need to sell now. I have $2000.00 invested.
    $800.00 plus shipping to upper 48 states only. What a deal!!!!!

          No. The OTW WTC uses

          No. The OTW WTC uses a water pump.

          The water is pumped into a centrally mounted ballast tank.
          Air is displaced from the tank as the water is pumped in, and stored under pressure in the forward compartment.

          Two brass probes mounted in the tank, signal to a box of tricks when the water level is at about 80-85% and shuts the pump off.

          To surface, a valve is opened and the water is pushed out back through the pump by the pressurised air.

          Simple and effective, with a built in failsafe.

          Not quite as easy to trim as piston tank.

            Bob's never used a piston system. His older variants used an on board compressor system. I think the only piston setup commercially made is Engel.
