Type VII U-Boat - 32nd Paraller Kit

Looking for a highly skilled person to remove all of the old ballast tanks and electronics of my Type VII U-boat. I would like this person to be up-grade my boat using a WTC system. This will not be an easy job. I live in Michigan. I would be willing to drive and drop off the boat. This boat is museum
quality and must be handle with great care.
