Listed as ARTR since you will probably want to replace the batteries and match a Futaba 75 MHZ radio to the included receiver. Other than that should be good to go. Don, does it have the piston tank with working controller electronics? Don Osler's boat always runs beautifully.

Yes it does. All the internals are the Engel equipment intended for this model. Tech rack, piston tank, the whole works
