Scale Flood Hole Pattern Stencil for 1/72 Revell Gato Class Submarine

    Hi guys,

9/16/2025 update: As of this date, all Gato hole pattern sheets are sold.

I have the flood hole pattern scaled for the Revell Gato available on eBay.

Found on this forum, I had it accurately scaled up at FedEx to 1/72 and had FedEx print four copies on their giant blueprint machine.

(FedEx charged me $49.00 plus another $8.00 for 3 mailing tubes.) I am selling the spare 3 copies on eBay to recoup some of the costs.

I am selling for $25 each plus shipping. They are available on eBay Item ID: 116719764482. The pattern-stencil will be sent rolled up inside a stiff shipping tube to minimize/eliminate any creasing.

You’re selling something from here that was free?
If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

      Absolutely, Salmon...

I paid to have the small graphics file scaled up, enhanced and printed on high quality blueprint paper. The FedEx business printing center isn't free.

Printing the first one was where all my time and FedEx technical expertise and labor came in. The three extra copies I am selling is to offset the cost I paid. If someone wants one the they can spend 3 hours at FedEx, pay $50 plus tax to FedEx or, $25 on eBay. I'd say that is a good deal.

There is only one pattern left for sale. eBay reports 16 submariners have it in their watchlist. If you want one, don't wait.

Yes Scott, the jpeg of the USS Paddle you added to your post is the graphic I took to FedEx.

Scott spent a lot of time cleaning up the image to make it useful for others.
