I have for sale a British Vanguard 1/96th scale model by OTW. The sub is in RTR form and I’m including everything you need to get yourself in the water minus the battery charger. I purchased this model from The Nautilus Drydocks. The hull is 57 inches long, the beam is 4.25 inches. Plenty of room inside the hull for modifying or tinkering.
As I said, the model is ready to run so included in the sale is the boat, the 4.25inch water tight cylinder from OTW with ALL electronics installed, a Vex 6 channel transmitter/receiver in 75mhz, a battery pack, some extra lead weights for trimming, spare servo extenders and some spare O-rings. Like I said, pretty much everything minus the battery charger.
I used the sub for about one season and I got 5-7 runs out of it. I’m pursuing new interests and this is the reason for selling the model. I’ve included a few pics. I can send more if anyone is interested. There is also a youtube video detailing how the sub was put together and showing it running in water. Buyer pays shipping asking $2500.
