Wanted: Waterproof Jet Motor

Hey all,
I'm thinking about doing a TOS Star trek Enterprise but I need a sealed waterproof jet motor like the kind rc sub workshop used to sell:


My max dimensions are 5.25 in by 1.9 in (tapering to 1.5 in). Bare in mind there needs to be enough room left for two waterproof microservos.

Please let me know if you have anything that might work.

Rick you beat me to it. I looked up flying sub and found a ton of references. The sad news is Big Dave's photos that were hosted online are now gone (I have not verified all his posts, just his FS-1). This is a huge loss if all his photos are gone.
Waffel42, Rick is the man on using water pumps, so you have a great starting point. Look up his posts, like his Proteus.

for those that don't want to deal with the sometimes sporadic canadian/us border squirmish called USPS... i have had things sit in customs for 2 weeks...

and they are 5.6" long by 1.5" diameter, so they fit the OP's needs.

Well, I've checked Princess auto and the Rule pumps and while the Rule one would just barely fit there would not be enough room for the waterproof servos. or linkage in this particular model.
