    Hi!

Can you clarfiy? Might you have meant the title of your post to read "Wanted - 1/32 Scale 32nd Parallel Gato Submarine"?

...or are you looking for a 1/48th scale Gato?

TRAINDREMER- I thought everything they used to sell was 1/32nd scale - hence the name of the company... As Jeff alluded to, they did sell a huge honkin' 1/32nd scale Gato - ouch, my back!

          Hey Britt-
their Type XXIII was 1/32. Their OHIO was 1/96, and their TYPHOON was 1/96. Their HOLLAND was 1/12 scale I think.

Their Fleet boat was 1/32, their Type VII was 1/32, their Hydrofoil was 1/32. The Type XXI they planned on releasing was 1/32. Mike Dory and Bud Lederer have two of those hulls.

The Type XXIII that's 1/24 scale is OTW's. I'm on my second of them.

                    I have a 1/32scale WWII

I have a 1/32scale WWII US Balao class Fleet sub for sale. It is modeled on a 1/32 Parallel hull. The sub was at the Mare Island naval base closure. The length is just under 10' and is modeled after the USS SKATE. It's a museum quality built boat. Details include opening hatches ,rotating radar, all weld seams in hull, rivets in the conning tower are hand drilled and installed. opening ammunition lockers, lights are wired in. The sub has a CO2 pneumatic system that runs the bow planes, thee periscopes, and the ballast system. The sub has fore and aft main dive tanks and a negitive trim tank. The sub is operational, but can be sold gutted for your system to be installed. The present system is not for the faint of heart. If sold with present system there will be no guarranties with the sub due to the complexities of the system. Contact me Dave Basden, at subdude53@hotmail.com for further info and photo's.
