Arkmodel Type VII in 1/48th scale - NIB - ready to ship!

I have a few Arkmodel Type VII kits in stock here at my shop in Naples, FL. Delivered price from Arkmodel direct is about $500 with shipping. Get them from here in North America at $300 plus shipping.

These are actually great kits and perfect candidates for RC. They accept a 3" cylinder, no problem.

Order here and pay via PayPal or credit card: http://www.rc-submarine.com/product-...2-778dc68bb88a

I'm working on updating my site with the new price, so bear with me if the new price isn't shown when you look. If you want to order right away, just pop me an email at bob@rc-sub.com and I can send an invoice with the correct price via PayPal.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Bob- I can't tell from the pictures, but are all the bits and pieces for finishing off the inside of the conning tower, railings, etc. all included? In other words, how much custom fab needs to be done to get it to look like the finished model in the photos?

Everything you need to complete the model is there, including decals and even a Nazi flag (less the Nazi symbol, presumably for those who prefer to pretend like Hitler never existed). All the hatches are functional and the detail, while perhaps not 100% accurate, are there and are wonderful to look at. All in all, a very decent kit.

I have two left... after that, it's back to ordering from China for anyone who wants to grab one!

I like the looks of this model...how does the hull separate; I'm guessing the entire deck is removable?

Bob:This kit is amazing details!Assembled hull and deck with (18) machine screws to check gaps, very tight. Was very pleased at finished planes, rudders, props with metal shafts installed in all of them.Alot of thought went into designing this kit.You save me over $120.00 dollars on shipping if ordered from China.Would you consider importing W.T.C for this kit? Thank you Topher

                Sold out.

Guys, I had 5 of these kits in stock and I was offering them at "cost" to anyone leery of dealing with Arkmodel direct. No one bit.

3 months pass (or so). No sales. I need cash. I offer them at a steep discount, taking a loss on each. Now they're all sold. If I new people would pay what the kits are worth, I'd stock them, but that obviously isn't the case.

I just can't outlay that kind of cash (I need to buy 5 at a time) with little to no profit. Sorry, everyone.

UPDATE: I've managed to negotiate a better deal and have decided to give it another go at getting these to everyone at a decent price without the hassle and risk of ordering direct from China.

I've just ordered another five kits and they should be here around the end of this month. First come, first served. We'll see how this goes and if well, I'll continue to stock. If not, this will likely be the last kick at the can for the Arkmodel kits through the Drydocks. Don't forget that I also have a beautiful photoetched detail set available for these kits as well!

Price is $395 plus actual shipping costs (Florida to you, not from China!)
