Hi all. I have a built gato with dual shaft sub driver. The sub driver is for dynamic dive. I set up parallel LIPO 1200mAh packs (2400mAhr) total to avoid constant WTC removal. Trexxas ESC and futaba 75mhz receiver. You will have to replace the crystal to match your own frequency. $650 local pick up in LA or shipped for another $50.

IMHO $650 is not too high! It seems like a great price.
It may be a timing thing, so close to Christmas, I even thought could I afford it?, but that would mean my wife and son would not get any presents, not good for family dynamics. If this has been running add more pictures. Show your boat in action. The sub-driver is an unusual color being white (most of David's are a bluish green color and if this is not a Merriman/Caswell unit it should not be called a sub driver). If you got this sub dialed in, show more photos.
If you need to sell this in a hurry, then you could drop the price, until it does sell.
Peace,
TomIf you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

Thanks. Included is a WTC twin drive but may not be a caswell unit. Price readjusted to $550. Thanks for the feedback.

Ahhh, I see. As I look closer, I do not see a ballast tank, am I missing it? If not is there any ballast system installed in this WTC?
Adding more photos will help too. Thank you.If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

Technically, Tom a dynamic dive requires forward momentum to submerge. A static diver takes on ballast to submerge. While a static diving system can be trimmed to use dynamic motion to completely submerge, it is a static not a dynamic system. By inspection, you can see there is no static dive system present with this system making a totally dynamic system, which is why I interpreted his listing it as a dynamic dive boat literally as such.Regards,
Matt
