Rare Type XXIII hull for sale

I have decided to sell a few of my sub hulls, kits, and boats so I am no longer fighting for space in the dockyard.
You have no idea how many kits and hulls I have.
It is a disease. A good disease mind you if you like model building.

The first item I am sadly letting go is a hull I was lucky enough to acquire from Steve Neill.
He got it from Germany where (as I heard it) this modeler only made a limited number of hulls.
It is a 1/40 scale Type 23 sub.
There are only three parts to the kit. Front hull, rear hull, and sail.
It comes as a open by removing the rear section design.
(Not sure if that is a technical term) :?:
Whether being attached with fasteners or bayonet ring.
It is very robust glasswork. And requires no internal structure for support.
The thing that sets this hull apart from other 23 hulls, (or any sub hull for that matter) is not the fact that it is the only one produced in this scale. (That I know of)
It is the fact that the detail work added to the gel coat is the best I have ever seen. (EVER)

Anyone that has seen it says the same thing.

All the weld lines, rivets, plates, openings, do-dads, gizmos, and extraneous protrusions.
    You name it. AMAZING WORK!
The guy who made it probably went crazy adding it all.
    Or blind anyway.
The hull is raw from the mold and still needs a bit of cleanup and finishing.
There are no surfaces included with the hull.
But those would be easy to make for anyone willing to build it.
There is a CD with photos included.
I have included a few photos of the kit parts and of the finished boat on the CD.
The photos don't do the hull detailing justice.
Please email me if you have any questions.
I am asking $275 plus shipping. BD.
