Item #1: One 5 blade solid brass propeller made for SubTech’s “Albacoreâ€. RH pitch, approx. 2 ¼†dia., 3/16†smooth bore with set screw, for 3/16†propeller shaft. The dog bone, 2 Dumas couplers and an 11 ½†S. S. propeller shaft with brass stuffing box (tube) with oilite bearings at each end are included with propeller. This propeller design is for the “Albacoreâ€, it has a very large boss and 5 blades, but will work on similar submarine hulls. $55.00 for the propeller and drive components.
Below are sets of RH and LH propellers I have available:
Set #1: 3 blade, solid brass, made by The Prop Shop. RH and LH pitch, 42mm dia. (approx. 1 5/8â€), 4mm threaded bore. These propellers would work well on a 1/48 scale Type XXI or similar size boat. $60.00 for the pair.
Set #2: 3 blade, solid brass, made by 32nd Parallel. RH and LH pitch, 40mm dia. (approx. 1 5/8â€), 10-32 threaded bore for 3/16†propeller shafts. This is an original set of 32nd Parallel propellers made for their 1/32 scale Type VII. $40.00 for the pair.
Set #3: 7 blade “Scimitarâ€, solid brass, made by The Prop Shop. RH and LH pitch, 55mm dia. (approx. 2 ¼â€), 3/16†smooth bore with set screw, for 3/16†propeller shafts. These propellers have a 5/8†Boss with a nice long Dunce Cap and would work well on a 1/96 Typhoon or similar size boat. $100.00 for the pair.
