I have a new, completely unbuilt 32nd Parallel Type XXIII kit that I bought the year 32nd Parallel went out of business. This is the standard kit with everything except the ballast system. I intended to put a WTC 3.00 in it, but have never got around to building the kit. Original plans and instructions are still in the box. All is in mint condition, completely untouched.
