Are the Russians PROBING again? Aircraft, now Subs.

I know it's a stretch to ASSUME this foreign submarine is Russian. Several years back a Sierra in the gulf of Mexico, then a foreign submarine harassing Sweden recently, and now Scotland. It could be anybody's submarine. But with Putin showing off his fangs recently,(aircraft overflights near NATO's interests) it makes you wonder if the Russians aren't testing the stealth of their submarines.
