I wonder what type of conflict might erupt underwater in the black sea between submarines/surface vessels(if any). Hope they can work it out without going to blows, but it doesn't look good.

You talk about a lopped sided stack up of forces. According to this article, Russia had three submarines(probably KILOS), vs Ukraine's single FOXTROT, that is not even sea worthy.
