EB has been delivering Virginia class subs ahead of schedule and under budget. They also really have the CAD/CAM
system working extremely well with this class of submarines. I have a relative who is a Captain in the Navy, currently
working in Procurement, and basically EB is the "Poster Child" being held up to other organizations as an example on how
to do things right. In contrast other defense programs such as the F-35 are way behind schedule and way over budget to an astonishing degree.
