    The US was looking at doing that ~30 years ago. Dumped the idea as not practical, as there is no infrastructure that would support it, and it is too expensive to pay the crews!

      My paranoid thoughts, why the expense just to move oil? The Arctic is open enough to surface traffic.
      Unless of course your drilling where you not supposed to and don't wish to be seen......
