        I'm throwing the BS flag on that one! The fast attack we called Akula is a rattle trap. The one they call Akula is the Typhoon, and isn't used to track anyone. This is in the league of; "We are not in the Crimea.", or "Somebody got poisoned? What are you talking about?". Anything they publish should be taken with a grain of salt the size of a salt-lick.

          I agree with Bill. I think this is a complete load of BS. I know that Russians have made great strides in quieting their subs, but we are still WAY ahead of them. Although, they may actually think that they were undetected.....I wonder when photos of the Russian screws show up somewhere.....?
