Have you ever heard the saying, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". Well, CANADA,--------- IT'S BROKE, GO FIX IT. ------------ How can a nation with such wealth, with so much coastline not understand the need for a decent submarine force. They should scrap their four submarines, and go to Germany, Japan, or France and buy some new ones that are reliable. I know, I know, someone is going to say that they have their submarines just as training targets, and don't need "ATTACK" submarines. I hope they're right, but it seems to me that they could use some new submarines, that have an offensive capability, JUST IN CASE.
