    HMS Talent

A British nuclear submarine has been caught on camera after it apparently became stricken with technical problems while on a top-secret mission in one of the most dangerous parts of the world.

Okay, so any REAL news on what's going on with her?

    Interesting.
The image of the submarine next to the dock is the same image shown on Google Earth pass dated 3/11/2010.
That area is still available to view on Google Earth.

      Nice pumpjet.

Good spot in GE, that imagery is five years old.

The Daily Mail is, well.... the less said the better!

What I see happen is some one will find an image on GE and see the copyright date and think that is the image date.
Look closer and the image date is listed down by elevation.

I have noticed a lot of images in GE are becoming current as in 1/5/15 or near there.

That's why I asked for 'any REAL news.' DM isn't exactly known for their journalistic integrity.

Heard it on the internet ... it must be true!

Last night I was watching Japan news. There was the ticker tape news going across the bottom.
I didn't catch it all but what I did catch was, "Typhoon sighted traveling towards Okinawa."
I have heard that the 1 remaining active Russian Typhoon has been moved but no one is sure where it went.
Just had that conversation at lunch yesterday so, I was thinking submarine.
BUT the name given in the news ticker was not right.
About three minutes later the Japanese news turned to weather and I all became very clean.
Weather = Typhoon in Sea of Japan.

With all the issues with China, N Korea and Russia over the little man made island, my thoughts had gone in the wrong direction.
I am glad I don't post my first thoughts but research a little to see if others have the same ideas.
