'Model Submarine Technology' by Norbert Bruggen

I need to get up to speed on RC sub technology and want to get a copy of Norbert Bruggen's book. I know I can get it from Amazon or on Ebay but I'm wondering if one of "our usual" RC sub suppliers carries it-- I'd rather support someone within the hobby.

Also, is Steve Neill's Rc Sub Modeling for Dumb A**** still available? I checked a link I found-- http://subpirates.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3563&start=0 -- and it came up "dead", but this may be a SubPirates subscription thing.
