Did you find a source for the 4thh edition that is digital? If so, would love a link. I have the hard copy.

I did not, instead I ordered an interlibrary loan. It was a first edition but with some of the update being in Warship International it will serve my purpose. The 4th edition costs nearly $70 which is not cost effective for me.
