Does anyone know if there will be any aftermarket stuff for this model? Things like a later career towed array and prop?

Dave Merriman has made a lot of extra bits for this model, including a full R/C conversion kit. I'm not sure if he's done the bits you specify, I don't think so, but he may do them if there is sufficient interest.

Regarding a prop, later boats used a Scimtar style prop didn't they? Plenty of them for sale, try Raboesch and Prop Shop.
