    Subs at 2011 UPMS Nationals

There are a few more here, but the images aren't that great.

    Now for something COMPLETELY different.

Thanks for posting- one correction; it is the IPMS (International Plastic Modeler's Society)

      A few more photos:

          Thanks, Tom!

          I missed this one:

The GATO model looked good. But the picture seemed too cluttered to me.

I thought it stood for "Unterseabooten Plastic Modelers Society". That Sea Tiger display base is one for the history books. It looks so real.

Man, how'd they get away with the AT-AT "walkers"???? That is definately uncontrolled creativity. I mean, how do you come up with ideas like that? "Hey man, I've got an idea for a diorama."? Great contraception, I mean, conception, I mean, concept.
The first time I went to Wonderfest, '95 I think, they tried censoring nude and semi-nude figures. But in the main lobby of the hotel was a large topless statue/water feature. So late one night someone attached big stars over her nipples. Sorry, I have no idea who was responsible.

                ROFL!

I've been to Wonderfest. I can see that!

Was she resin or polystyrene? Any photoetch pieces? Decals?

There may very well have been some photos of it in the coverage from Amazing Figure Modeler or Kitbuilder. Wasn't in their mag, might be in an old forum. Classic. Crazy times, man. Couldn't have anything to do with the moonshine Ratman was passin' around.
