November Class hull color

Can anyone give me some info on the hull color of the November? Kinda tough for me to accept blue without some documentation.

Dull black with red halfway down. Under certain lighting conditions the dark black can look blue, which is probably the source of that instruction.

Well, that sure looks like it started out green to me, and faded over time. But I also have seen an "in the water" pic or two that clearly shows red, so maybe they used both.
