revell (germany) 1/72 Type 7 - Any news?

Does anyone have any info on the Revell of Germany 1/72nd
type 7. Last I heard it was to be released in Nov. of this year.
Any info is appreciated.

I have asked on Intermodellbau

I have asked on Intermodellbau Dortmund and it is still
planned to be released just before christmas.

The model they show is a scratchbuilt VIIb, and
has no relation to the kit. So nobody has seen the
real kit yet (only the box it is supposed to come in.

I too am excited about getting this kit. I downloaded the information Revell has posted on thier website about the kit and I contacted my local hobby store with the information. The hobby store found the prerelease info from Revell and put one kit on back order (even though it has not been released yet). No price was given for the kit so I guess we will have to wait till release time for a price.

Where did you get your info on this kit, and where did you order it from? I have taked to several large hobby shops and no one seems to know anything yet.

Larry will tell you the same thing I did, it will be released
soon, the distribitor he uses told him they have a listing
and said "we can get it" read the part number back to him and it's the same as on the website.

Well I printed out the website info and called my local hobby shop. I gave them the model name and it's number. They ordered it for me and told me that they where sending in an order that day. I still don't know the price but hey if I had to ask I probably could not afford it If they ship it early I hope I get mine soon!
