The Disney Nautilus - Need plans to build

Hi, I'm brand new to this group, and will soon be a paying member... I'm sure this has come up many times, so I'm sorry about the 'new guy' question, but I'm looking for some good plans to build a Disney Nautilus... something in the 2-3 foot range-- static-- from scratch. Can convert the scale, but also need advice on materials, etc... Any help would be wonderful.
