CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHICH BOAT THIS MODEL IS SUPPOSED TO be????? I have gone through all the pics of the boats the sheet calls as the finished model. There are discrepancies all down the line.Most notable is the boats that are called out have the Mod 4 "Covered Wagon" fairwaters, the cigarette deck rears are different and a few other fun things as well. I have a major headache from reading all I can find and going over a LOT of photos. All that I know for sure is the design of the hull makes it a Mare Isl. General Electric boat. I have a list of the Gatos built there and have gone through those photos but nothing points to this boat. As the Gato's were constantly changing their appearance and hull armaments, combined with '40's era black and white pics its getting crazy. Anyone that can give me a clear path to this answer I will be so ever grateful!!!
